Nine Garden carries forward a craft whose story began in Chongqing in 1931. It starts with simple things: hand-prepared dough, generous fillings and the time each baozi needs in the steamer. Every fold holds a little of the care we want to pass on.

To us, Chongqing flavour is about more than chilli. It is the aroma of freshly steamed baozi, a rich bowl of broth and the pleasure of sharing a table. Alongside our baozi, there is room for noodles, rice and more of the comforting dishes we know from home.

Prague is our next chapter. We are bringing the flavours we grew up with and looking forward to new faces around the table — whether you stop by for lunch or come to try your very first baozi.
